About me

I build systems that keep real people working—under pressure, at scale, with

zero fluff.

Who I Am

I build and run technology infrastructures for real businesses, not slide decks. As Marketing Director at Pecos Valley Production—and former E‑commerce & Implementation lead—I handle POS migrations, payment stacks, and keeping 20+ locations online with zero downtime.

My job is simple: map the system, align the teams, ship the rollout, and stay long enough to see the numbers move—traffic, sales, check‑in times, staff confidence.

Where It Started

It started in Prairie Grove Schools with the EAST Initiative, where I trained as a Systems Administrator while still a student. I installed software, monitored networks, fixed what broke, and learned that "it works" is meaningless if it fails when 30 people log in at once.

At the same time, I was working through my own mental‑health and school challenges, which forced me to build structure, coping systems, and resilience early instead of opting out.

Learning To Keep Machines Running

From there I moved into small business operations. At Branding Outlet, embroidery machines taught me precision, preventative maintenance, and how tiny errors compound at production scale.

At DexTech Solutions, computer repair became a live lab for diagnostics, customer communication, and staying calm when someone's only workstation dies right before a deadline.

See more about these roles on my Work Experience page.

What I Do best

  • Ship complex rollouts without theatrical presentations—real plans, real timelines, real accountability.

  • Design systems for uptime and human workflows, not theoretical peak performance.

  • Train teams to act under pressure so deployments don’t become crises.

  • Stay through the boring, critical days after launch until metrics prove the work.

How I Work

  • Direct: I say what’s happening and what needs to change. No sugarcoating.

  • Committed: I own the end‑to‑end outcome, not just the checklist.

  • Strategic: Every technical decision ties back to business metrics.

  • Hands‑on: I get into the configuration, the vendor calls, and the training sessions.

If you need systems that actually keep people working—under pressure, at scale, and with zero fluff—that’s what I build.

Stepping Into Cannabis Operations

I entered cannabis as a Product Specialist and moved through assistant management, education, and finally enterprise‑level e‑commerce and IT implementation before stepping into marketing leadership.

Along the way I helped migrate 20 locations onto an integrated POS, implemented advanced payments across the footprint, trained 200+ staff, and drove measurable gains in organic traffic, online sales, and check‑in efficiency.

What I Care About

The through line is simple: systems that actually work under pressure with real people using them. I care about frontline staff having tools that don't fight them, leaders seeing what's really happening, and customers experiencing something that "just works."

I optimize for uptime, throughput, adoption, and clarity—because that's what keeps teams moving and businesses alive.
